利用規約 Terms of Service
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、春旅の本棚（以下「当サイト」）を利用する際の条件を定めるものです。当サイトを利用される方は、本規約の内容をご確認の上、同意いただいたものとみなします。
第1条（サービスの内容）
当サイトは、日本国内の静かな読書スペースを紹介し、お客様の好みに合わせた読書ルートを提案するサービスを提供します。本やチケットの販売は行っておりません。あくまで情報提供と個別のおすすめサービスが主体です。
第2条（利用資格）
当サイトのサービスは、50歳以上の方を主な対象として設計していますが、年齢制限は設けておりません。静かな読書スペースを探している方であれば、どなたでも利用できます。
第3条（知的財産権）
当サイトに掲載されている文章、画像、ロゴ、デザインなどのコンテンツの知的財産権は、当サイトまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。無断での複製、転載、改変、配布などは禁止します。個人的な利用の範囲を超える使用を希望される場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。

This site provides a service that introduces quiet reading spaces across Japan and proposes reading routes based on customer preferences. We do not sell books or tickets. Our service consists of information provision and personalised recommendations only.

Our service is designed primarily for adults aged 50 and above, but there is no strict age limit. Anyone looking for quiet reading spaces is welcome to use our service.
Article 3 (Intellectual Property)
