スポットはどのように選んでいますか？
How do you choose the spots?

公開情報（図書館の公式サイト、市の施設情報、地図サービスなど）から候補を集め、静かさ、座り心地、光の入り方、駅からのアクセスの良さなどを基準に選定しています。直接訪問したスポットもありますが、すべてを直接訪問しているわけではありません。
We gather candidates from public sources such as official library websites, municipal facility information, and map services. We select based on criteria including quietness, seat comfort, lighting, and accessibility from stations. We have visited some spots directly, but not all.
本を買わないとダメですか？
Do I need to buy a book?

いいえ、本を買う必要はありません。図書館の場合は無料で読書ができ、カフェの場合は飲み物を注文すれば座って本を読むことができます。古本屋の場合も、立ち読みが許可されている場合があります。
No, you do not need to buy a book. Libraries allow free reading, and at cafes you can sit and read after ordering a drink. Some secondhand bookshops also allow browsing.

そのルートを実際に歩いていますか？
Do you walk the routes yourself?

すべてのルートを実際に歩いているわけではありません。地図や公開情報をもとに、歩いて回れる距離感でルートを組んでいます。各スポットの営業時間や休館日は随時確認していますが、訪問前に必ず公式情報でご確認ください。
We do not walk every route in person. We plan routes based on maps and public sources, keeping distances walkable. We periodically verify opening hours and holidays, but please confirm with official sources before visiting.
スポットが休みの場合はどうなりますか？
What if a spot is closed?

各スポットの典型的な営業時間をメールに記載していますが、臨時休業や営業時間変更がある場合があります。訪問前に必ず公式サイトや電話で営業状況をご確認ください。万が一、提案したスポットが休みだった場合、代替スポットをご案内することも可能ですので、お気軽にご連絡ください。
We include typical opening hours in our emails, but temporary closures or hour changes may occur. Please verify operating status via official websites or phone before visiting. If a suggested spot happens to be closed, we can suggest an alternative; please contact us.
支払い方法は何がありますか？

クレジットカード決済（安全な支払いリンク経由）に対応しています。リクエストをいただいた後、メールで支払いリンクをお送りいたします。
We accept credit card payments via a secure payment link. After receiving your request, we will send you a payment link by email.

リクエストをいただいてから、3営業日以内にメールでご返信いたします。混雑状況により多少前後する場合がありますが、できるだけ早く対応するよう努めています。
We reply by email within three business days of receiving your request. This may vary slightly depending on volume, but we strive to respond promptly.
何歳から利用できますか？

当サービスは50歳以上の方を対象に設計していますが、年齢制限は設けておりません。静かな読書スペースを探している方であれば、どなたでもリクエストいただけます。
Our service is designed for adults aged 50 and above, but there is no strict age limit. Anyone looking for quiet reading spaces is welcome to submit a request.
持ち物は何が必要ですか？
What should I bring?

読みたい本、メガネ、筆記用具など、普段の読書に必要なものをお持ちください。図書館の場合は、貸出カードがあれば館内の本も借りられます。カフェの場合は、財布と少しの現金またはカードをお持ちください。
Bring what you normally need for reading: a book, glasses, writing materials, etc. At libraries, you can borrow books if you have a library card. At cafes, bring your wallet with some cash or a card.
