キャンセルポリシー Cancellation Policy

春旅の本棚では、以下のキャンセルポリシーを定めています。リクエストを送信する前に、必ず本ポリシーをご確認ください。

キャンセル期限

リクエストを送信した時点から48時間以内であれば、全額キャンセル（返金）が可能です。48時間を経過した場合、キャンセル・返金はお受けできません。

キャンセル方法

キャンセルを希望される場合は、以下のいずれかの方法でご連絡ください：

キャンセルのご連絡には、リクエスト時に使用したメールアドレスとお名前を明記してください。48時間以内のご連絡を確認次第、返金手続きを進めさせていただきます。

返金方法

返金は、お支払い時に使用されたクレジットカードへの返金処理により行います。返金の処理には、カード会社の手続き期間を含め、5～10営業日程度かかる場合があります。

例外事項

以下の場合、48時間を経過していても特別な対応を検討することがあります：

  • 当サイトの技術的な問題により、ルートが正常に作成できなかった場合
  • 天災、その他不可抗力によりサービス提供が不可能になった場合

これらの場合は、個別にご連絡の上、対応を協議させていただきます。

年間メンバーシップのキャンセル

年間メンバーシップのキャンセルについても、初回リクエスト送信後48時間以内であれば全額返金が可能です。48時間以降、または2回目以降のルートリクエスト後のキャンセルについては、返金はお受けできません。

Haru No Tabi Bookshelf has established the following cancellation policy. Please review this policy before submitting a request.

Cancellation Deadline

Cancellations made within 48 hours of submitting your request are eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

How to Cancel

To cancel, please contact us by either of the following methods:

Please include the email address and name used when submitting your request. Upon confirming your cancellation request within 48 hours, we will process the refund.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the credit card used for payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, including card company processing time.

Exceptions

In the following cases, we may consider special handling even after 48 hours:

  • If a route could not be created due to technical issues on our site
  • If service provision becomes impossible due to natural disasters or other force majeure

In these cases, we will contact you individually to discuss appropriate action.

Annual Membership Cancellation

Annual memberships may also be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of the first request submission. After 48 hours, or after the second route request, refunds are not available.
